We are looking for a full time permanent-Assistant manager retail to start working with our company as soon as possible. More information about the job and its responsibilities is below:

Job Position: Assistant Manager-Retail
Job type: Full time (30-35 Hours/week)
Wages: $46.15/hour

Education requirement: Completion of High School is Required
Work experience: Applicant should have minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Job responsibilities are as below:
- Direct, plan, organize and evaluate the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of sales objectives.
- Manage staff by preparing work schedules, assigning duties and monitoring the completion and quality of assigned tasks.
- Review market research, customer demand, sales trends and competitors’ activities to identify business and sales opportunities.
- Determine the merchandise and services to be offered based on customer preferences, market conditions and business requirements.
- Locate suppliers and select, negotiate and procure suitable merchandise for resale while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Develop and implement marketing, promotional and customer service strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Prepare operational budgets and regularly monitor revenues, expenses and overall financial performance.
- Assess staffing requirements and recruit, hire, train and supervise employees as needed.
- Address operational issues, including customer inquiries and complaints, inventory shortages and supplier-related concerns.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide guidance, feedback and support to improve staff performance.
