We are looking for a full time permanent-Assistant manager retail to start working with our company. More information about the job and its responsibilities is below:

Job type: Full time-permanent
Weekly hours: 35-40 hours
Wages: $46.15/hour
Language requirement: English
Education requirement: Completion of Bachelor's degree
Work experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Job responsibilities are as below:
-Direct and control daily operations
-Evaluate daily operations
-Plan and organize daily operations
-Manage staff and assign duties
-Determine merchandise and services to be sold
-Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
-Develop and implement marketing strategies
-Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
-Determine staffing requirements
-Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
-Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
-Conduct performance reviews
