Assistant manager, Restaurant Job

TK Tripple Enterprises Ltd DBA SUBWAY is looking for 1 Full-time Assistant manager, Restaurant at 6191 Fraser St, Vancouver, British Columbia, V5W 2Z9 Canada.(Even though this position is full- time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 38.40 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week.

Main duties:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

Recruit staff and oversee staff training

Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices

Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations.

Employment requirements:

Completion of a secondary school is required/completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or
food and beverage service management is usually required. 2-3 years of experience in the foodservice sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
