Overtime: 1.5 times normal rate as per provincial regulations.
Benefits Package: 4% vacation pay will be paid each payday on a bi-weekly basis

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Determine quality of services already being offered and implement operational procedures.
• Help owner to recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues along with owner and assist owner to modify procedures as and when required.
• Must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Perform paperwork duties as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding food service and handles a variety of situations
• Negotiate agreement with clients for catering
