Job requirements:-
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job duties:-
• Plan and coordinate day-to-day operations and Conduct employee performance evaluations.
• Prepare cash balances and finalize balance sheets, cash reports, and related documentation.
• Create a budget to assess expenses for food, ingredients, beverages, and supplies for both the kitchen and cleaning.
• Track income to evaluate labor costs.
• Implement provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
• Adjust food preparation techniques and menu pricing in line with the restaurant's budget.
• Establish work schedules for staff, Oversee staff performance and Assess daily operational activities.
