Requirements
• Completion of a Secondary Education
• Program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset
• 2 years of experience in the food service industry
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work on all shifts (evening & weekend)

Responsibilities
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the restaurant
• Help plan, organize, and coordinate staff schedules
• Support in maintaining inventory and monitoring supplies
• Ensure staff follow health & safety regulations
• Address minor customer concerns and escalate issues when required
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff
• Monitor staff performance and report to the Manager
