Assistant Manager- Restaurant Job

Prakashmani investments incorporation O/A Subway located at 305 third avenue Invermere, BC V0A 1K7 is looking for a Assistant Manager- Restaurant with minimum High School education. The Candidate should also have either a minimum of 1 year of related experience or Diploma/ Certificate in relevant education. Pay per hour will be $35.00. This is a permanent full-time position with 30- 40 hours of work per week.

Following are the set of job duties and responsibilities for this position:

• Plan, Organize and manage the operations of the restaurant.

• Maximizes restaurant profitability and meet restaurant financial objectives.

• Recruit staff and train the restaurant staff.

• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.

• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and control inventory.

• Address customer complaints or concerns and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
