Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Job Duties:
Recruits, trains and supervise the employees.
Ensures that regulatory guidelines of the services industry are being followed by all employees.
Supervises staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes.
Contributes to the development of pricing, procedures and promotional strategies.
Through knowledge of functional area under supervision
Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and other supplies.
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the hotel.
