Assistant Manager (NOC 60020) Job

Duty and Responsibilities:
• Plan and assess the operations of businesses that sell wholesale and retail.
• Managing, updating and maintaining customer profiles, process and maintain orders on time;
• investigate market trends and consumer demand; and assess the impact of competitors' business practices on sales.
• Social media update including create story board, video shooting, video edit, graphic design, 3D animate, web design etc;
• Develop and implement marketing strategies;
• Evaluating and improving customer service, responding to customer requests and questions
• Responsible for assisting operations with day-to-day chores to ensure the smooth progress of the company's business in all aspects of the business;
• Assist the General Manager in daily internal. Communication and coordination of external work

Requirements:
• At least secondary school and or above in education, Arts, business administration or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role within a Management/Arts/Training setting is required;
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, preferably in Chinese and other languages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and accountable
