Job Duties:
Team Supervision & Leadership:
Supervise, guide, and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment. Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing support and direction.
Daily Operations Management:
Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency are maintained at all times.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Staff Scheduling & Training:
Set and manage staff work schedules according to business needs. Train staff in job duties, customer service, sanitation, and health and safety procedures.
Inventory & Cost Control:
Organize and maintain inventory, requisition food and supplies, and assist in controlling labour and food costs to support business profitability.
Financial & Administrative Support:
Assist with cash handling, balancing cash reports, maintaining records related to sales, inventory, and wastage, and supporting budget monitoring activities.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure all health, safety, and workplace regulations are followed consistently.
Marketing & Promotions:
Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to support sales and customer engagement when required.
