Job Duties:
1. Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the hotel, including but not limited to the Front Desk and Housekeeping departments;
2. Monitor revenues and expenses;
3. Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies;
4. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies;
5. Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules;
6. Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for private events; and
7. Resolve customer complaints.
Terms of Employment: Full Time (min. 32 hours per week)
Language of Work: English
Wages: $41.50 per hour
Education: University degree or college diploma in hotel management
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in the hotel industry
