Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Have great attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to handle working under pressure
Personal Suitability:
Work well with a team, be organized, dependable, reliable, and be client focused
Specific Skills:
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards,
• Train and supervise restaurant staff, food counter attendants, and kitchen staff,
• Direct team member activities in order to maintain speed of service, cleanliness standards, and operational needs,
• Create and maintain a positive work environment,
• Assisting with inventory and order supplies as needed,
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed,
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction,
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance,
• Process payroll for all restaurant staff,
