Type of Position: Full-time, Permanent
Work hours: 37.50 hours per week
Compensation: $38 to $40 per hour, approximately $74,100 - $78,000 annually based on 37.5 hours/week
What will you be doing:
This position is onsite at the Greater Toronto Area store. We are looking for someone to join our team on a full-time basis. As the Assistant Brand Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing campaigns to enhance brand positioning and market share.
• Conduct attitude surveys and analyze customer demographics, preferences, and behavior patterns in the experiential entertainment industry for brand growth.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop advertising content including digital ads, social media campaigns, video content, and promotional materials showcasing our visual effect experiences.
• Coordinate with media agencies and influencers to create buzz and promote special events, new installations, and seasonal experiences.
• Plan and execute experiential marketing events, pop-up activations, and brand collaborations.
• Participate in new product launches and brand extension projects.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare analytical reports on brand performance, ROI, and market trends.
• Support budget planning and allocation for brand marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns.
• Manage social media presence and digital marketing initiatives across platforms to engage target audiences and build brand community.
• Assist in managing brand portfolios and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels between different locations.
• Track competitor activities in the experiential entertainment sector and recommend strategic positioning adjustments.
Who we are looking for:
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes emerging technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a natural ability to translate complex tech experiences into compelling, consumer-friendly narratives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, advertising, or marketing.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, experiential marketing, franchise development, or investor relations is an asset.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation.
• Proven ability to analyze marketing data and consumer insights to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with creative storytelling ability and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
