Assemblers, Fabricators, and Inspectors Job

Job Responsibilities:
Assemblers & Fabricators:
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Assemble and fabricate electrical motors, transformers, coils, and other components using hand tools and machinery.
• Connect wiring and solder electrical parts according to specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment, fastening, and fit of parts during assembly.
• Operate automated and manual equipment such as presses, winding machines, and testing devices.
• Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment and tools.
Inspectors & Testers:
• Conduct visual and functional inspections of assembled products.
• Use testing equipment to measure electrical performance, resistance, and insulation quality.
• Identify defects, report issues, and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality control tests.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum education or technical training is an asset.
• Previous experience in electrical motor or transformer assembly is preferred.
• Ability to speak English with customers (Farsi Is an asset)
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Familiarity with electrical components, wiring, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy components.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
