- Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Work Conditions: Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination

Job Requirements

- Education: Completion of Secondary (high) school
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience
- Personal Suitability: Team player, Flexibility
- Language of work: English

Job Duties

- Work with a wide range of foliage and flowers
- Design bouquets, corsages, wreaths and other floral arrangements
- Select natural and artificial flowers and decorative accessories to create arrangements or other floral items
- Provide advice and suggestions on floral arrangements and designs to suit customers' requirements
- Sell flowers, plants, and related products on a retail basis
- Organize day-to-day flower shop operations
- Supervise apprentices or other staff

Support for youths

- on-the-job training tailored to youth
- mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth
