Develop and oversee the artistic vision and creative direction for branding, marketing, and advertising campaigns.
Lead a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with strategic objectives.
Conceptualize and execute designs for digital, print, video, and social media campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets and platforms.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations.
Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, stakeholders, or internal teams.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Oversee the production process, including photo shoots, video content creation, and final asset delivery.
Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when necessary.
