:dart: The Role
We’re looking for a bold, detail-obsessed, and highly collaborative Architectural Project Manager to join us at a critical moment. You’ll wear multiple hats: managing internal projects, co-creating workflows with customers, and influencing the product based on real-world studio needs.
This isn’t a typical PM role. It’s a hybrid of architecture practice, operations design, and product collaboration.
:wrench: What You'll Do
Lead and manage internal architecture-related workflows for customer onboarding, training, and use case development.
Collaborate with design studios (our users!) to model ideal project management flows using Zenoya.
Inform product and feature development by translating real-world project/studio challenges into actionable insights.
Build scalable project templates and processes used by architecture teams across the country.
Act as a key internal voice for studio operations, ensuring everything we build aligns with how firms actually work.
:white_check_mark: You Might Be a Fit If:
You have 2+ years of experience managing projects in an architecture or design studio.
You’ve led multi-phase projects—preferably across design, documentation, and construction.
You’re deeply familiar with the tools and pain points of running a modern studio.
You have a systems mindset—always improving, automating, optimizing.
You’re tech-curious: excited by new platforms, not afraid to break or rebuild them.
Bonus: You’ve worked with or implemented tools like BQE Core, Deltek, Monograph, Asana, Smartsheet, or Trello in a studio setting.
