Architectural Project Coordinator Job

Coordinate and manage all stages of the architectural design, bidding, and construction process to ensure the successful actualization of architectural design projects. Coordinate the activities of architects, engineers, and contractors in the design and execution of various projects. Review architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models prepared by architects to determine project objectives and the practicality of designs. Perform drafting, 3D modeling, and presentation work and assist architects in translating conceptual sketches into cohesive designs using computer-aided drafting software (CAD). Research public agency requirements and perform architectural analysis to assist architects and engineers in refining designs and ensuring continued compliance with city, state, and federal regulations. Review costs to confirm that design specifications are within allocated budgets and prepare cost estimates and technical reports for specific projects. Work with architects and other team members to develop cost estimates, project schedules, and construction bids for design projects. Develop project schedules and delegate tasks to project team members. Maintain all project documentation and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the course of the project. Ensure that the project is built in conformance with the project schedule, budget, and specifications. Stay abreast of the latest technological advances and industry trends in architectural design and construction.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related position. The position requires skills and knowledge in ArchiCAD, Twin Motion, Enscape, and other rendering programs specific to MacOS. The position requires little travel - 24% of the work time, several days but less than 60 days per year. 40 hours/week.

Wage Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
