Architectural Designer Job

• Apply architectural principles and collaborate with other architects on each phases of assigned projects;
• Develop design documentation (2D plans and 3D renderings, presentation materials and technical drawings) to illustrate design concept, development and final construction documents for assigned projects.
• Conduct pre-design services, including feasibility assessments, environment studies, site and conceptual analysis of buildable land in Seattle, and identify a set of conditions to analyze and research the framework and requirements and building developments.
• Perform due diligence to ensure that all architectural plans are compliant with applicable city building codes.
• Create 3D or interactive representations of designs, using computer assisted design software, such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Master’s degree in Architecture from NAAB accredited programs. Must have knowledge to use computer aided design software to create graphic representations of buildings. Must have knowledge of building materials.
