About the Role
Our client, a well-established boutique architecture firm, is seeking an experienced Architect to join their growing team in our downtown Nashville office.
This role is ideal for a design focused professional who enjoys working on residential and small commercial projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop architectural projects from concept to construction
• Prepare detailed drawings and construction documents
• Manage project timelines and coordinate internal teams
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure projects meet design intent, code requirements, and budget goals
• Integrate structural, mechanical, and site elements into cohesive designs
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design
• Strong Revit proficiency (required)
• Experience managing projects and coordinating schedules
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
