Architect (ARC10), Sr. Architect (SARC10) & Principal Architect (PARC10) Job

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA has multiple opportunities at various levels (requiring Bachelor's, Master's or PhD level plus 0 to 14 years of experience, depending on position). Architect (ARC10), Sr. Architect (SARC10) & Principal Architect (PARC10). Design the architecture of complex hardware systems, defining scalable solutions across compute, memory, and interconnect components. Evaluate trade-offs in performance, power, area, and cost using modeling and simulation, and collaborate closely with design, verification, software, and systems teams to ensure correct implementation. Drive hardware–software co-design, support pre- and post-silicon validation, and contribute to long-term architectural direction by identifying innovations that address future workloads and technology trends. Position is based out of headquarters in Santa Clara, CA but may be assigned to unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. as determined by management. Telecommuting Permitted.

The base salary ranges for these positions are:
$150,238 to $195,500
$176,696 to $241,500
$203,133 to $287,500
$229,590 to $356,500
$272,000 to $431,250
