Overview
Program is designed for unskilled yet highly motivated and hardworking persons who desire to learn a trade and establish a career.
Classroom and hands on skills are TAUGHT by dedicated instructors and mentors. As Apprentice's skills grow, so will the challenges, responsibilities, and compensation.
What You'll Do
Learn the Ropes- Support the team assist with experienced professionals with machine setup, operation and maintenance
Keep it Safe: Follow Safety guidelines and help maintain clean, organized workspace.
What we are looking for:
Mechanical Aptitude- comfortable working with tools and machinery, can follow technical instructions, enjoy hands on problem solving. Detailed oriented and eager to learn
High School Graduate or GED
2nd Shift jobs Training period around 12 weeks or more if needed BUT your required to work 1st shift and than transition to 2nd.
First shift pays $20 hour to start and 10 percent higher pay for 2nd shift.
English Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
On time and at work daily "Reliable
Eager Learner- your excited about chance to learn new skills and grow your career.
