Job Title: Apprentice Butcher
Company: Hoi Fu Seafood
Location: 14351 104 Ave Surrey, BC V3T 1Y1
Wage: C$25 per hour; 40 hours per week
Vacation Pay: 4% of gross salary
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Language: No required
Responsibilities:
• Cut, trim, and prepare various meats and seafood
• Ensure proper storage and inventory management
• Follow health and safety standards
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Support other butchers as needed
Requirements:
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle knives and heavy equipment safely
• Basic knowledge of meat and seafood preparation is an asset but not required
