Appraisal Trainee / Assistant Appraiser Job

Assist licensed appraisers by collecting property data, helping with research, and preparing parts of the appraisal report under supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or related field is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be eligible to become a registered trainee appraiser (varies by state)
• Willingness to work under supervision and follow detailed instructions
• Ability to pass background check (if required by state regulations)

Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate terminology
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn appraisal software
