🔹 Hourly Pay:

Starting at $11–$14 per hour based on experience,
Pay increases as performance improves,

Commission bonuses available for appointments that close,

🔹 Team Lead Opportunities:

Close 2–3 deals/month, and you’ll be eligible to become a Team Lead,
