This is an independent contractor (1099) position with high commission pay, monthly bonuses, paid vacations, and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to solar solutions
Educate prospects on the benefits of going solar (training provided)
Schedule qualified appointments for solar consultations
Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude
Track leads and provide feedback to the team
Maintain consistent communication and goal tracking
Ideal Candidate:

Comfortable working outdoors and on foot

Applicants must be 18 years or older and reside in Arizona
