Place outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to schedule appointments in a courteous and timely manner.
Respond to inbound calls and messages, assisting clients with appointment-related inquiries.
Accurately input and update client information and scheduling details in our CRM or internal systems.
Confirm appointments and manage rescheduling or cancellations as necessary.
Maintain detailed records of communication and scheduling activity.
Coordinate with team members and relevant departments to ensure schedule alignment and avoid conflicts.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality in handling client information.
