Required Qualifications:
6–10 years of experience in application support, production support, or a similar IT support role.
Proven experience as a member of an application support team.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues for business application users.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Apriso MES preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with helpdesk/issue tracking systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with software development and IT support teams.
Strong communication skills with both manufacturing/factory-floor users and office personnel.
Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize daily support requests.
