Application Developer Job

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, develop, and support secure enterprise applications in a 100% remote environment. This role focuses on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse architecture, with responsibility for building scalable, compliant, and workflow-driven solutions that support complex business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end application solutions based on business requirements
• Develop and support applications using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Build secure workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reporting solutions
• Perform unit, integration, functional, and non-functional testing
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing applications
• Create technical documentation, handbooks, and support materials
• Ensure governance, security, compliance, and data protection standards are met
Required Skills and Certification:
• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• 2+ years of experience with Power Platform
• Demonstrated Dataverse architecture experience
• Hands-on experience with model-driven apps
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Preferred Skills and Certification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Information Technology certification program completion
• Experience with case management, healthcare, or regulated environments
• Knowledge of Power BI, SSO, MFA, RBAC, data migration, and compliance-focused solution design
