Job Description:

Job Duties:
• Install, inspect and repair household and commercial appliances
• Review work orders and identify appliance malfunctions and service needs
• Test appliance operation and diagnose faults using appropriate tools and equipment
• Repair or replace defective parts and perform routine maintenance
• Refer to manuals or technical information to complete repairs and adjustments
• Prepare service reports and maintain records of work performed

Job Requirements:
- Education : Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience : Completion of 6 months to 1 year of on the job training in appliance repair, or
completion of a 3 to 4 year apprenticeship program in appliance repair, is required.
