Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers
Perform appliance installations and routine maintenance
Provide professional and friendly customer service during service visits
Communicate clearly with customers regarding appliance issues and repair solutions
Complete service reports and required documentation accurately
Maintain company tools and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications:

Experience in appliance repair or a related mechanical field is preferred (training may be provided for qualified candidates)
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication and customer service skills
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with clients
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Reliable personal vehicle for travel to service locations
