A leading, physician-led anesthesiology group in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a Full-Time Anesthesiologist to join its collaborative, highly respected private practice. This partner-track position offers clinical autonomy, competitive compensation, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
Practice Highlights:
Physician-owned group with a stellar reputation
Services provided at a major medical center and plastic surgery center
Supportive team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs
Routine case mix: general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, plastics, and urology
No cardiac, neuro, trauma, or complex vascular cases
Schedule & Workload:
3-week rotation:
• 2 weeks at medical center
• 1 week at plastic surgery center
• 1 full week off
13 weeks PTO annually
Even call rotation; MDs handle complex/evening cases
CRNAs manage most daytime cases
~10% solo cases, mostly overnight
Qualifications:
Board Certified/Eligible in Anesthesiology
NC medical license (or pending)
ASC or hospital experience preferred
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
