Must-Have Qualifications:
Analog Circuit Design – From scratch, at both board level and chip level (board level is mandatory).
Component Expertise – Strong hands-on with:
Op-Amps
MOSFETs
ADCs & DACs
Design Breadth – Experience designing many types of analog circuits.
Frequency Range – Must have worked with 100+ MHz power levels.
Tools – Proficiency in Altium, OrCAD, Eagle, or similar.
Board Layout – Strong layout and bring-up experience.
Hardware Verification – Skilled in testing and troubleshooting at all levels.
Power Budgeting – Especially for portable/wearable systems (mA to µA range).
Education & Experience – BSEE preferred.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
High-Speed Clocking
Transceivers
Signal Generators
Bio-signal Acquisition
IEC 60601-1 Compliance
RF Circuit Design & EMC Testing
Medical Device Background
Project Leadership Experience
