Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Aluminum Railing Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining aluminum railings, guardrails, glass railing systems, fences, gates, and related products for residential and commercial projects.
35h-40h/week
Main Duties:
- Measure and mark installation areas according to blueprints,specifications, and building codes
- Install aluminum railings, glass railing systems, fences, gates, andrelated components
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and work orders
- Assemble and secure railing systems using hand and power tools
- Ensure installations are level, properly aligned, and securelyfastened
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites
- Inspect completed installations to ensure quality and safetystandards are met
- Repair or replace damaged railing components as required
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use protectiveequipment at all times
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is usually required
- Previous experience in railing installation, construction, carpentry,or a related field is an asset
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ability to read measurements and construction drawings
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoorsin varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s licence may be required
