ALPHA D Hair Salon is seeking a F/T Hair Stylist
Position Info:
• Position: Hair Stylist
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $34.62~$36.50/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 818 Homer Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 2W5
Benefits:
• 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Cut, trim, curl, wave, perm and style hair
• Apply bleach, dyes and rinses to colour hair
• Analyze hair and scalp condition and provide treatment
• Provide training and supervise hairstylist apprentices and helpers if needed
• Suggest and determine hairstyle considering client’s preferences
• Shampoo and rinse hair
• Apply hair extensions
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of experience as a hairstylist is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
