- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of business.
- Oversea inventory and ensure items are in stock, order when out of stock within the budget.
- Source and negotiate with distributors for supply.
- Authorize and oversea account payable/receivable.
- Manage reports to record sales figures, merchandising for data analysis and forward planning.
- Handle client complaints, requests and issues that may arise such as supply shortages etc.
- Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed for store displays and signage etc.
- Recruit and train new staff, monitor and report on performance after hiring.
