Must haves:
- Private/Corporate Jet Experience (Part 91/135/145)
- Preferably these aircraft: Kinga Air, Hawkers, Turbo-prop airframes
- Located in the correct company site or willing to relocate
- Must possess minimum tooling required to perform duties assigned
- Must be able to work various shifts, as assigned by management.
- Manlift qualified
What you will do:
* Inspections, Servicing, and Repairs:
* Perform inspections, servicing, and repairs of the most complex nature on various aircraft systems and components.
* Work on a variety of aircraft in a timely and professional manner, aiming for no rework and maintaining a superior level of quality, craftsmanship, and efficiency.
* Technical Decision-Making:
* Independently make sound technical decisions as a technician or when functioning as a Production Inspector.
* Efficiently troubleshoot and function test using manufacturer’s technical documents across airframe, engine, and component systems.
* Project Leadership:
* Lead aircraft projects as directed by the Crew Chief and Supervisor.
* Accept ownership of assigned project work scope and milestones, ensuring successful and timely completion of in-work projects.
* Documentation and Record Keeping:
* Expertly prepare and complete various documents for maintenance and modification record-keeping, complying with FAA Airworthiness Regulations, Elliott Aviation Policies, FAA Approved Repair Station, and Quality Control Manuals.
* Instruct and assist Tech I & Tech II in proper completion of documentation.
* Elliott Aviation Work Order System:
* Demonstrate proficient use of the Elliott Aviation Work Order system.
* Accurately and timely list discrepancies and complete corrective action statements, including compliance with Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives (AD) (ref. FAR §91.417).
* Technical Data Utilization:
* Proficiently and consistently locate and use appropriate technical data to accomplish tasks.
* Regulatory Compliance and Safety:
* Support, maintain, and comply with all Federal, OSHA, State, and local regulations.
* Adhere to Elliott Aviation’s Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies and Processes.
* Perform Related Duties:
* Perform any related duties as assigned.
