Must haves:
1. A&P License

3. Private jet experience - Part 91/135/145
What you will do:
* Aircraft Inspection and Repair:
* Inspect and repair AAG aircraft, including parts, components, and systems.
* Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance:
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, aircraft systems, and parts.
* Inspection of Completed Work:
* Conduct inspections of completed work, aircraft systems, and parts based on the aircraft flight schedule.
* Documentation Management:
* Update and maintain logbooks, work packages, task cards, regulatory updates, and other technical directives.
* Maintenance Schedule Coordination:
* Coordinate aircraft maintenance schedules with assistance from the Director of Maintenance.
* Work Area Upkeep:
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, materials, and calibrated tools.
* Documentation Preparation:
* Prepare and maintain documentation related to maintenance activities in accordance with regulations and company policy.
* Compliance and Documentation Accuracy:
* Ensure all maintenance is accomplished and documented correctly, adhering to established company policies and procedures.
* Troubleshooting and Analysis:
* Analyze and troubleshoot technical/inspection issues, providing guidance and resolution of problems.
* Quality Management and SMS Support:
* Support AAG maintenance goals through awareness and participation in continuous quality management and the Safety Management System (SMS).
* Other Duties:
* Perform other duties as required by the Director of Maintenance.
