Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician 1099 Contractor Job

Maryland Clean Air Services is seeking experienced, fully equipped Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning Technicians to handle residential and commercial jobs.

This is a 1099 contractor role for professionals who already have the tools, vehicle, and experience to operate independently.

We provide consistent job opportunities—you handle the execution.

Responsibilities:

-Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning services (residential & commercial)
-Operate your own equipment safely and efficiently
-Communicate professionally with customers on-site
-Maintain clean, professional job execution
-Travel to assigned job locations.

Requirements (READ CAREFULLY – MUST MEET ALL

-Proven experience in air duct and dryer vent cleaning
-Own work vehicle (van/truck) REQUIRED
-Own professional equipment REQUIRED (negative air machine, vacuums, brushes, etc.)
-Ability to complete jobs independently without training or supervision
-Valid driver’s license
-Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and commercial environments

Strongly Preferred:
-Experience with commercial duct cleaning jobs
-HVAC background
-Experience handling larger-scale or multi-unit projects
