Required Skills:
Strong experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI.
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents and AI workflows.
Expertise in Prompt Engineering and Structured Outputs (JSON).
Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Knowledge of AI Guardrails, validation, and responsible AI practices.
Experience developing AI-driven Test Automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of API testing, automation frameworks, and software testing methodologies.
Experience integrating AI solutions into CI/CD and DevOps environments.
Excellent architecture, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
Experience with enterprise automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or REST Assured.
Experience in enterprise-scale QA transformation initiatives.
