AI Platform Account Coordinator — Remote, United States Job

Zentrox is looking for reliable U.S.-based individuals to assist our team with the setup and ongoing management of accounts used for our AI-related projects.

The primary responsibility of this role is account administration. Zentrox's internal team will handle the underlying AI projects, technical work, and project tasks. The hired coordinator will primarily assist with creating, organizing, maintaining, and monitoring approved AI-platform accounts according to Zentrox's instructions.

No technical or AI engineering background is required.

Responsibilities

Create and set up approved AI-platform accounts following Zentrox's procedures.
Maintain account information and ensure accounts remain organized and accessible to the authorized Zentrox team.
Complete routine account-management and administrative tasks.
Monitor account status and report issues or access problems to the Zentrox team.
Follow Zentrox's account-management procedures and security requirements.
Keep records of accounts and related administrative information as instructed.
Communicate with the Zentrox team regarding account setup, verification, access, or maintenance issues.
What You'll Need

A laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet access.
Basic computer and internet skills.

No prior AI, programming, or technical experience is required.

What Zentrox Handles

You will not be responsible for performing the underlying AI project work.

Your role is primarily limited to approved account creation, administration, and maintenance.

Account & Security Requirements

Zentrox will provide instructions regarding which platforms and accounts are authorized for the work.

Applicants should use only accounts and information that they are legally authorized to use. Zentrox will never require applicants to provide their personal passwords, transfer ownership of personal accounts, or misrepresent their identity.

All account activity must comply with the applicable platform's terms of service and policies.

Compensation

Compensation will be communicated clearly before work begins and will depend on the scope and requirements of the project.
