— Design, develop, and train AI/ML models for pavement defect detection and classification.
— Build deep learning models for image recognition and pattern detection.
— Optimize model performance for real-time processing environments.
— Work closely with Software Engineer to deploy models into production.
— Conduct performance testing, validation, and model refinement.
— Research emerging AI techniques to enhance inspection accuracy.

— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, or related field.
— 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
— Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
— Strong knowledge of deep learning, CNNs, and computer vision.
— Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments.
— Familiarity with LiDAR and image-based datasets is an advantage.
