Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer related major, proficient in at least one programming language, such as Java, C++, Python, etc., with solid programming ability and algorithm design foundation.
2. Familiar with Transformer, BERT, GPT, GAN, Diffusion, etc., have a deep understanding of large language model (LLM) and retrieval enhanced generation (RAG) technology.
3. Have practical project experience in fine tuning and optimization of large language model and RAG algorithm development and application; Or have rich experience in algorithm optimization in the field of search and promotion.
4. Familiar with machine learning and deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc., and have practical use experience.
5. Have good data analysis ability and can continuously optimize algorithm performance through data-driven method.
【Bonus points: one at least, multiple is better】
1. Have experience in improving core business indicators through algorithms in first-line Internet companies at home and abroad.
2. Published papers at top AI conferences at home and abroad.
3. Work as a team or technical leader in a first-line company.
