Agriculture Service Technician Job

We’re seeking a dedicated Service Technician to become an integral part of our maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals to master repair and maintenance on a variety of equipment and machinery supporting seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of equipment and machinery.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as oil changes, lubrication, filter replacements, and safety inspections.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
• Service outdoor power equipment as needed.
• Interpret schematics to troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and service history.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to clients and team members.
• Ensure all repairs comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in equipment and machinery maintenance.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to handle hands-on tasks, including heavy lifting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred:
• Red Seal certification as a technician is an asset.
