Job Duties:
Assemble agricultural equipment, farm implements, and trailer units according to work orders and specifications.
Inspect parts, fittings, welds, and completed assemblies to confirm quality, alignment, and safe operation.
Perform minor adjustments, rework, and fitting to ensure components meet manufacturer and company standards.
Follow shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
Receive, sort, and prepare parts and materials needed for assembly and inspection tasks.
Record completed work, inspection results, and any defects or repair needs for supervisor review.
Work with service, parts, and sales teams to support timely completion of customer and inventory builds.
Test basic functions and verify that assembled equipment is ready for final delivery or staging.
Other duties as required to assist team members.

Job Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent is required.
7 months of previous experience in equipment assembly, mechanical repair, or a related shop environment is required.
Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy parts and equipment safely throughout the workday.
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and shop equipment.
Strong attention to detail when assembling, inspecting, and documenting equipment.
Good teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced shop setting.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are an asset.
Commitment to following workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
