AG Loan Officer Job

Our Client, McIntosh County Bank, a family-owned, community-focused bank in Ashley, ND is seeking an experienced AG Loan Officer to grow its commercial and agricultural loan portfolio. You will help maintain asset quality while providing personalized lending solutions that make a difference.

In this role, you’ll originate and service agricultural and commercial loans, ensuring compliance with credit policies and underwriting standards. You’ll work closely with clients to assess financial conditions, review collateral, and provide expert guidance throughout the lending process. Beyond managing existing accounts, you’ll actively seek new opportunities, expand customer relationships, and represent the bank at community and industry events to strengthen our presence and reputation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business and financial background, with the ability to analyze balance sheets, cash flow statements, and credit quality. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, along with 3–5 years of lending experience - particularly in agri-business or farm operations.
