JOB DUTIES

• Analyze the features, benefits, target markets, and positioning of products and services to identify the advertising and promotional requirements of the organization.
• Provide clients and internal stakeholders with professional recommendations regarding marketing initiatives, advertising channels, promotional opportunities, and sales-support strategies.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, and execute direct marketing and digital advertising initiatives, including the creation of campaign concepts, messaging, promotional materials, and related digital content.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns by reviewing performance data, analyzing key performance indicators, and preparing post-campaign reports and recommendations.
• Establish, update, and manage the organization’s social media presence across relevant platforms, including responding to customer feedback and overseeing reviews, testimonials, and online engagement.
• Design, implement, and assess public relations programs intended to communicate the organization’s activities, policies, initiatives, products, and services to clients, employees, stakeholders, and the general public.
• Conduct or coordinate market research, public opinion studies, and stakeholder surveys to assess the interests, expectations, perceptions, and concerns of key audiences.
• Prepare, coordinate, or supervise the preparation of communications materials, including reports, briefing documents, presentations, speeches, website content, press releases, newsletters, and other promotional or informational materials.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize workshops, business meetings, public functions, promotional activities, ceremonies, and other events intended to support publicity, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and information-sharing objectives.
• Coordinate media relations activities, including arranging interviews, press briefings, news conferences, media appearances, and other communications opportunities.
• Serve as an authorized representative or spokesperson for the organization when required, responding professionally to inquiries received through written, telephone, electronic, or other communication channels.
• Coordinate special promotional campaigns, publicity initiatives, and corporate events for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
• Support the development and production of brochures, corporate reports, newsletters, promotional publications, information packages, and other communications materials.
• Represent and provide professional liaison services for individuals with specialized occupational, creative, artistic, literary, sporting, or performance-related expertise, as required.
• Prepare, review, coordinate, or oversee the preparation and execution of contracts relating to sports, literary, performance, promotional, talent representation, or other professional engagements.
