Advanced Purchasing Specialist Job

Develop and manage a sourcing strategy for mechanical components for industrial production focusing on reduction of material costs and ensuring access to world class suppliers from a quality, delivery, and innovation perspective; oversee supplier development for the industrial production needs from a quality, cost, delivery, environment, services, technology, and risk perspective; implement supply strategy to support the business and prepare the supply base for future growth, keeping abreast of the latest technology and industrial production processes and specialty improvements in the global market to remain competitive and achieve customer satisfaction; develop long-term supply commodity strategies; maintain supplier profile; analyze, develop, implement, and maintain a supplier evaluation system. Salary: $80,000/year to $90,000/year. Benefits: insurance, HSA, 401(k), and PTO. Requirements – bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related field and 1 year in job offered or 1 year experience as a Procurement Engineer.
