Job Description:
GLOBAL TRUCK ACADEMY LTD, located in Brampton, ON (L6T 5G9), is seeking a dedicated admissions officer - post-secondary educational institution to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring work to be completed on-site at our head office. The role involves a standard workweek of 40 hours, with flexibility to workday, evening, morning, shift, or weekends as needed. The position offers a competitive salary of $34.50 hourly and starts as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
• Implement new administrative procedures and ensure adherence to established protocols.
• Establish work priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure procedures are followed.
• Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating and managing office services such as supplies, equipment, parking, and maintenance.
• Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, including requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, monitor inventory, and maintain budgetary controls.
• Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
• Perform data entry tasks and resolve conflict situations effectively.
