Job duties:
Work closely with the Recruiting Manager and coordinate the office administrative procedures and assist in managing daily administrative activities within the school, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
Establish work priorities and ensure that all tasks, such as student registration and file management, are completed on time
Support applicants by providing guidance, and assisting with paperwork, forms, and communication to help them understand program offerings and navigate admissions
Coordinate and implement office administrative procedures to streamline student intake, registration, and admission processes, including evaluating and improving existing procedures
Provide guidance and support to eligible students in applying for financial aid to increase enrollment
Follow up on student progress throughout the admissions process
Track and analyze registration data to improve admission rates and identify areas for outreach or process improvement
Prepare reports and analyses on student enrollment trends and admissions performance
Collaborate with other administrative staff to coordinate services such as orientation programs from time to time

Experience and Education requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in business or public administration or other related program is preferred.
7-12 months of relative experience are required.
